Hi, I’m Christopher, a Catholic filmmaker. I got married this past August and, regrettably, did not opt for a wedding film for ourselves. I had filmed weddings for other couples, but because of budget concerns, we chose to pass on that luxury in order to prioritize other aspects of the day that mattered more to us.

I imagine you may feel that same squeeze. As a Catholic couple, you might want a beauty-filled film to capture the Nuptial Mass, the reception, and the day you and your beloved planned with care—but after everything else, there isn’t much left over.

I get it. That’s why I approach wedding films differently.

I keep things simple and respectful, with special care for the Nuptial Mass. I work in a cinéma vérité style, avoid staging, and let the day unfold as it actually is. The goal is a faithful record of your wedding day.

I don’t take on many weddings each year, and I’m not trying to build a large business around this. I do this in order to keep my work within reach for couples who are already stretching themselves to do this well.
